Shariah Board - Members and how the board is compiled

Halal Financial Services works solely with lenders whose products and services have been approved by Islamic scholars as Shariah compliant. Our lenders employ eminent, highly respected Islamic scholars whose responsibility it is to work with them to help create products that comply with Shariah Law. These scholars include the likes of Dr Muhammad Imran Ashraf Usmani and Shaikh Nizam Yaquby and as such represent the bulk of Islamic scholarly opinion on finance.

This procedure ensures that the products and services we offer comply with Shariah Law. You need not take our word that they are Shariah compliant, but can rest assured that they have been carefully vetted and checked by some of the world's most renowned Islamic scholars.
